I can actually state that this is the second time we have done business with Universal Nissan/Huyndai. From the moment we entered into the dealership everyone treated us with respect and enthusiasm. From there the attention from the sales person is beyond compare to any other dealership we have ever been into. This time around Mr. Eduardo Del Rio and Mr. David Santana were the two sales associates that helped us pick the right vehicle, price and payments without being pushy or overbearing; and most important of all respecting our wishes and budget. It was an excellent experience spending our Sunday at Universal Nissan. We got our red Nissan Sentra! Now, my mom is no longer a loyal Honda customer. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I found 2 cars online. After talking to him, he arranged for a time for me to meet him at the dealership so I could test drive both vehicles. Deciding which car to purchase was hard-I like them both! But I never felt any pressure from Chris-He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Just drove by and decided to stop in since I was looking for a new(used) vehicle. Went in and Teo was eager to help us out.
