I en about the Nissan Altima 2011 and the sales person Tito was very frendly and professional. The place is clean and with a great selection of cars. I ended buying a black Altima 2.5S. Very smooth transaction and easy to deal with. In 2 hour I was driving my new car, the negotiation was done without back and forwards. I will definitely recomend this dealership. More
I have been going to many different dealerships to check out the different prices and which cars i like the best and even though i like Nissan cars this dealer was by far the worst one the sales representat out the different prices and which cars i like the best and even though i like Nissan cars this dealer was by far the worst one the sales representative dident show me any cars and all he was talking about since he started supposedly helping me was how i was going to pay and who i should have to co sign for me. he dident even know what kind of car i even wanted to look at, i then told him that i like to drive manual cars and he said o let me go inside and check which of the cars are manual the guy was gone for 15 minutes leaving me wondering around the lot on my own by the time he came back i already wanted to leave he introduced me to his sales manager and started talking about the financial things again IM SORRY BUT IF YOU HAVENT SHOWED ME ANY CARS WHY ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT HOW IM GOING TO PAY FOR IT. I've been to numerous dealerships in the past week shopping for a used car. This dealership by far was the worst experience of the lot! I will not ever shop at a universal dealership and will go out o shopping for a used car. This dealership by far was the worst experience of the lot! I will not ever shop at a universal dealership and will go out of my way to tell friends, family, and co - workers to do the same. I'm usually a very thorough shopper, I had researched the used car inventory online (and granted that fluctuates frequently). I gave them the stock number for the vehicle I wanted to see. They proceeded to make us wait 10 minutes, then took down our information, and made us wait again while the salesperson "checked to see where the car was on the lot." After that wait he took us out to the lot and of course there was no car. They had us wait again "to find out where the car was" only to be told that it hadn't gone through processing yet. "At which time the price will be higher" Which makes me wonder why they bothered to list it in the first place. Was overall a waste of time, and is definitely one of those dealerships that only makes you angry. I'm used to dealerships playing some internet games and trying to lure people in. But they never tried to show us the vehicle listed, and never tried to show us any vehicle at all until we had already been waiting around for over half an hour. I highly recommend you not waste your time or spend your money in a place with such poor business ethics and practices! More
This my second Nissan Altima from Universal and every time I go there I see the same sales people, Ahmad has taken care of me and my wife's purchase and both time he was extremely nice. It's nice to see time I go there I see the same sales people, Ahmad has taken care of me and my wife's purchase and both time he was extremely nice. It's nice to see the same sales person and not meet a new person every time. Semo also did a great job explaining the lease to my wife. our next vehicle from Univetsal is going to be the new Quest and we will ask for Ahmad again. Thanks guys. More

I would have never guessed I would give a five star rating to a dealership, but the staff that helped me was so accommodating and polite. I got to test drive some cars and the salesman seemed like a re rating to a dealership, but the staff that helped me was so accommodating and polite. I got to test drive some cars and the salesman seemed like a really nice man and I’m pretty sure I got a great deal on the Altima especially for it’s mileage! When my lease is up I will get another car from Universal More

They flat out lie to you and try to steer you to cars you don't want. The Salespeople are not very knowledgeable and can't even answer basic questions about the product they're selling. The sales managers are a bunch of thugs! Went to Reed on West Colonial and the experience was like night and day. All the BS and lack of professionalism I experienced at Universal was not to be found at Reed. The salesperson I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable as was the sales manager. I live within a mile of Universal Nissan but will drive the extra 15 miles to deal with Reed. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with those idiots at Universal. Go directly to Reed. You won't be disappointed. More
I had a very pleasant experience with Mark at Universal Nissan. I highly recommend any Universal dealer! I got a fair price without all the usual run around and bs I got last time I bought a car from a dea Nissan. I highly recommend any Universal dealer! I got a fair price without all the usual run around and bs I got last time I bought a car from a dealership. I had an issue with financing and they worked with me for over two weeks to get it straightened out. Thank you Mark and everyone in the finance department. I will be back for my next car More
I was in the market for a new vehicle as I was giving my current car to my father in New Jersey. I had previously dealt with Universal Nissan on a purely service level basis as my previous car was a 2005 N current car to my father in New Jersey. I had previously dealt with Universal Nissan on a purely service level basis as my previous car was a 2005 Nissan Altima. I was particularly interested in a 2010 Nissan Altima 3.5 SR that I had test driven there before. When we arrived for our second test drive, and potentially signing paperwork if the price was right we met Chris, who worked in Internet sales. He stated that the white altima we test drove wasn't on the lot anymore so "we must have sold it", I didn't question at the time why he couldn't check the computer inventory, but I should have. He had me test drive a fully loaded 2010 Altima 3.5 SR that cost $10,000 more then I was willing to pay for a vehicle this time around. Even though I told him that before the test drive, during the test drive, and after the test drive Chris was convinced that he could get me in this car for what I was willing to pay ($350 a month max). Alas when he talked to "his boss" their payment plan for me was $470 a month, at 5.99% interest...I told him no. He wanted me to sign the paper as "a show of good faith" to his boss that I was serious about the sale. Again I declined. Chris came back with the same paper just different interest rates, so the payments were still above m budget. I again said no and refused to sign. Chris came back a third time with a gentleman who was apparently their closer. He decided that a great sales tactic is to fight with me about why I should drive this car, and that even though the payments are higher, they are comparable to what I would pay on a less expense model (???). After wasting 3 hours of my life I simply walked out. I ended up calling the next day and speaking to another sales associate and the white altima was there the whole time, but "it must have just been hidden". I bought my car from Reed Nissan and it was an exceptional buying experience. Nissan should be embarrased that this dealership carries their name. More
I visited Universal Nissan on May 2009, after one credit decline and another bad experience with two different Toyotas Dealerships. I was trying to buy a corrolla but no luck. In Universal Nissan, I meet Sa decline and another bad experience with two different Toyotas Dealerships. I was trying to buy a corrolla but no luck. In Universal Nissan, I meet Sale Person: Alex Gianoni, and I really have to praise for his great attitude and expertise in showing the vehicles availables, explain all details and for selecting the best options for me; worked with the finance department for the best deal I could get. I have a property that went on foreclosure and really was hurting on my credit, on top of that I tried to trade in a old vehicle with more 20 payment still to go and they almost covered the whole value to cover the excess on the remaining balance. I bought a brand new vehicle and appreciate all the great work that Alex did to exceed my expectation. Thanks. Javier.L More
