I had the best experience buying a car from University Audi Lynnwood. Tyrone immediately put me at ease and answered all my questions with knowledge and experience. The financing and trade-in part of the process is always stressful and Tyrone was responsive and respectful when answering my 100 questions. I walked away feeling great about the purchase and still do. Marc was also very experienced and knowledgeable about the vehicle during the test drive. The Sales Manager was the most immature “manager” I’ve worked with. Can’t remember his name but he was dressed in jeans and a hoodie and stayed in his office the entire time instead of helping his new salesman out on the sales floor.
