This dealership and their staff deserve the rep that car salesmen have! I inquired about a vehicle and was told it was available. I was so disappointed but not surprised. The attitude is obviously say anything to get the client in the door then sell them. I am convinced that they place vehicles online to peak interest and as of this written review the vehicle is still listed on their and the Carfax site. Wrote that manager and received a lame response that was obviously a form letter! Dishonest, lack of INTEGRITY and deserving of a lousy reputation!!! More
Dear Mitsubishi University, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided and, more importantly, with the ongoing malfunction of the infotainment system in my vehicle Mit express my dissatisfaction with the service provided and, more importantly, with the ongoing malfunction of the infotainment system in my vehicle Mitsubishi Outlander 2.5L - 2023. The system keeps turning on and off repeatedly at random times, which not only affects usability but also poses a safety concern while driving. When I brought the vehicle in for service, the service manager (Mr. Frank Gonzalez) confirmed that this issue is affecting multiple customers, but also stated that there is no estimated timeline for a fix — and worse, no certainty that it will be resolved at all. I find this response completely unacceptable, especially from a brand known for quality and reliability. As a customer, I expect a more responsible approach and a clear plan to address the issue. Therefore, I respectfully request the following: 1. That a formal complaint be submitted to the manufacturer regarding this issue; 2. That I be informed of any estimated timeframe for a definitive solution; 3. That, if a timely resolution is not possible, alternative compensation or support options be offered. I look forward to your prompt response. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection agencies.
