Jim Churilla, our salesman was quick to greet us, answered our questions, dealt with our concerns and was patient in our decision making, showing us 2 or 3 different vehicles and payment options. He was friendly, joked with us and made our visit a rather stress free experience. My husband and I were surprised at the care and instruction we received upon leaving with our 2018 Toyota Tacoma!! It was refreshing to explain what I wanted in a vehicle, and to have that delivered without a huge hassle over price. Ben was also extremely helpful in making sure that I understood all the parts of my new Tacoma from the entune system to the cruise control functionality. It was an unexpected extra to have everything explained to me in detail about my tacoma. Preventative Maintenance Won't Get You Too Far Here I always thought if you had your vehicle serviced regularly and treated it with respect in your driving habits, it wold be dependable and run well for I always thought if you had your vehicle serviced regularly and treated it with respect in your driving habits, it wold be dependable and run well for you many years. Especially a Toyota. I have always heard Toyota's would run for a very long time. I used to trust this dealership for maintenance service, until I noticed my idle wasn't quite the same after a recent oil change. I suspect they spilled oil on one of the engine pulley's, but I didn't realize what the problem was until it cost me an alternator. Everything was fine with the belt when the alternator and pulley were replaced, that is until after this dealership completed the work and failed to properly secure a clamp that eventually worked it's way loose and severed the belt while i was driving. This cased anti freeze to spew all over my engine and could have completely destroyed my engine had I not been able to get it to a garage for servicing immediately. All this because I was hoping to keep my vehicle serviced and dependable. Not a happy Camper!! More
