I had a tight timeline and other constraints that made looking for a new vehicle something I was dreading. With inventory being so low every where, I was not optimistic I would find what I wanted. I found the listing for the exact car I wanted on UVC's website, called and was connected with Alton. He was a pleasure to speak with, very knowledgeable and accommodating. By the end of our 10 minute call, I had decided to put a hold on the car and get from Charleston to Charlotte. I arrived at the dealership 15 minutes before they were supposed to close to find Alton, AJ and Steve waiting with a freshly detailed V60 parked right out front. They all made sure I was 100% happy and confident in my choice. Alton got everything set up and ready while AJ got me through the paperwork at lightning speed. I'm back in Charleston with my beautiful new car parked in the driveway and couldn't be more pleased. This was a genuinely pleasant experience and I highly recommend this dealership. More
