I purchased a new Volvo from out-of-state. Nearly everything was handled via email, text, or phone call before I drove down to pick up my new SUV. It was a very smooth process. But, working with Johnny Dunbar (and the finance & sales management team ) was great - they're very responsive and did not waste my time haggling over prices. This is the only time I've enjoyed working with a car dealership. My only complaint is they're so far away I can't use them for regular service on my new SUV! More

University Volvo service is a pleasure to work with. My car needed a software update and a minor recall service. I was offered a loaner car, which I didn’t need this time, but it’s nice to know it’s availa car needed a software update and a minor recall service.
