Inconsiderate Dealership I am almost at loss for words with the lack of professionalism this dealership has for their prospective customers. We called about an SUV that was just posted online, made an appointment, drove over 45 minutes just to have the car salesmen let us know that "he just sold it". Now, I understand that business is business, but losing two + potential customers instead of either A: calling or emailing letting us know there is someone interested, B: asking if we want to put a deposit down, or C: at least say they would keep an eye out for the same vehicle, is just inconsiderate. I was even looking at the new Volvo's in the store-- knowing I would be up on my lease this coming February. It's clear that this dealership is all about numbers and not about relationships. More

Exceptional Service! Art tested my battery to be sure a new one was needed. He ordered the battery and called me back the next day to have it installed. Bob Kennedy is the man to see for OSD WOW! It’s not often that you experience great customer service, but I just had the best interaction with Bob. My situation is a bit different from man WOW! It’s not often that you experience great customer service, but I just had the best interaction with Bob. My situation is a bit different from many on here..... I found Bob through the SwedeSpeed forum. I had already ordered my Volvo from a local Arizona dealership, but he still took a the time to discuss my options and to give me solid advice regarding my special order. He has no skin in the game and yet he treated me as a valued customer or old friend. He was friendly and honest and I am sure he is well respected by his peers and customers. The bad news is he plans to retire in the next few years..... I hope to keep my new Volvo for 8-10 years so chances are he will be enjoying retirement when I am ready for my next car. If that time frame changes, Bob will be the first person I call! Thank You Bob! More
