My wife had difficulty getting In touch and was not happy with the feedback she got on the phone. They were much more pleasant in person but it's just not worth the hassle. He was very transparent on the pricing and any other concerns I may have had. He was very knowledgeable even my very car savvy significant other was impressed! I was dreading the finance dept but couldn't have been more wrong once AJ finished up the sale. In terms of a financier he was very clear and through on what we were paying for. He made it very easy to understand and utilized an easy to read spreadsheet to keep it simple. He showed us the options, was very detailed with the features and benefits of each package. He really listened to what we needed and answered any questions we had. This duo were fantastic and made this quite a pleasurable experience. More
