I had been looking to sell my Mercedes GL350 bluetec but when test driving vehicles could not find anything comparable that would come close to the comfort, gas mileage, amenities that I was custom to. Johnny was so kind and patient when dealing with my husband and I. He took me out test driving in many XC90s and I realized this safe reliable clean air vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and patient as we had our two children with us. Worked with pricing and helped us with needed components and upgrades. Jeff was a great manager. Spoke directly with us through the whole buying process. There were no closed door meetings, everything was straightforward and explained well. Sealing the finance deal with AJ was a cinch and he explained everything well.
