Not honest folks I took my daughter auto for some minor repairs and while in the dealerships possession they damaged the drivers door handle. They admitted to the dama I took my daughter auto for some minor repairs and while in the dealerships possession they damaged the drivers door handle. They admitted to the damage, how could they not as the handle was ripped off the door, and agreed to replace the handle. When my college senior daughter picked the auto up the high and low beam light handle was damaged- she would not have seen this until dark and necessary to use high beams. When brought to their attention the service fellow, Scott and their service manager, side with the tech whom, of course rejected he damaged the pieces- same service dept and tech who literally tore off the door handle. Of course, too replace the door handle, you have to disassemble the door, from the inside, and easily a unfocused tech could have leaned on this pieces and damaged it while he was working on the door- the piece didn't decide to snap on its own. Nonetheless, the dealership assumed working with a college kid, young adult, they could simply blow off the issues... and they did. So, now I have to sue this dealership for property damage while the vehicle was in their possession. They have had great reviews but I guess they feel, what the xxxx, a college kid... but they didn't think of who maybe the parents were... big mistake! More

This can be stressful and time consuming for many reasons. Some of us only have a small window of time to go car shopping, so when traveling out of state to look at a car, you want to make sure you know what you're walking into before you make the trip! I asked AJ for honesty and detail on the used car we were interested in, and that's exactly what he gave me. It was just as described when we got there, and even then, there was no pressure to buy. After 2 test drives and an unbeatable deal, we purchased a beautiful SUV for our growing family! I hate car shopping, but I would gladly do it again if it meant working with such an outstanding team as University Volvo!! More
