Jesse was professional on the phone, had the SUV up front, warm ( snowy Indiana day) and ready to look over. He and Farrah were great to work with. Purchased a Chevy Camaro at Unlimited Motors, Purchased the vehicle Flew down to get it and the dealership was awesome! My sales person was very busy at the time bet they knew I was flying in and they had the vehicle Flew down to get it and the dealership was awesome! My sales person was very busy at the time bet they knew I was flying in and they had picked me up at the airport took me to the dealership, My sales person spent about 45 seconds greeting me and handing me my paperwork! WOW after spending over $60k I get that type of customer service. Well that tells me how the customer service is at the dealership. BTW they told me that they put TRACKING DEVISES ON EVERY VEHICLE SOLD AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I told them that I didn't want it on my vehicle. They tell me that it's already included in the price and it's $1200.00 I said take it out! They informed me that they will take it out. Needless to say on my road trip back home I found it in my vehicle under the passenger seat!! I immediately call them to inform them that I didn't appreaciate them leaving that in my car AFTER i told them to remove it! The manager told me that they were going to send me a FED EX return label and just drop in off. I agreed to do so. I get to my destination and call him to remind him that i'm still waiting on the FED EX label. He informed me that it should be on its way again. (Label's normally come via email) about 2-3 days later I call me salesperson to let them know that I have yet to receive the FED EX label and if I do not get it by Friday I was putting it in the trash! Friday has come & gone No label & Tracking devise was put in the trash. Now I was interested in purchasing another vehicle some time ago, I called the dealership and inquired about the vehicle and made a great offer on it but I was told that they didn't want to sell me the vehicle. I wonder why!! Was it because of the tracking devise? NO! My offer? NO The dealership & I know exactly why! YES!! Please Beware.... Great/Awesome vehicles State of the art building BAD business practices! More

I bought a 24 grand highland hybrid on October 20. We reached out on October 24 and were told to contact a Toyota dealership.Toyota looked at them and said that the rotors were rusty for sitting so long. We were quoted almost $2000 to fix my 4 day old car. 😭 More

He went above and beyond to run all sorts of numbers and show us different payment options and scenarios until we felt totally comfortable. He made what’s usually a stressful process feel easy and transparent. Greg in sales was wonderful and so easy to work with— kind, easygoing, and never pushy. The whole team worked together to make the experience smooth from start to finish. We’re so happy with our new (used) car and couldn’t recommend this dealership enough! More
