Everyone there was friendly, professional, and really made sure we were taken care of. Kerem in the finance department was absolutely the best! He went above and beyond to run all sorts of numbers and show us different payment options and scenarios until we felt totally comfortable. He made what’s usually a stressful process feel easy and transparent. Greg in sales was wonderful and so easy to work with— kind, easygoing, and never pushy. The whole team worked together to make the experience smooth from start to finish. We’re so happy with our new (used) car and couldn’t recommend this dealership enough! More

It was a great experience. Jarred got me photos and even a video of the vehicle right away. I got a great deal that came with a 3 year warranty. Then when I went to purchase the car I was out of there in about 15 minutes which is un heard of! Farrah did a great job having everything ready and was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely go back to them for my next vehicle! More

They responded right away to my inquiry online about a truck and the sales manager, Farah, followed up with a text and a phone call as well. The truck was as described; and the purchase process was refreshingly simple compared to our last purchase. There was a missing hitch accessory, and Farah Hamada (highly recommend!) sourced and provided one as part of the sale. I took the truck to our local dealer a few days post-purchase for an evaluation before a long trip and they approved it, no issues. I feel as though Unlimited Motors honestly represented the truck, and the pricing was consistent with the current market for the same make/model/year. More

Saw initial promise but turned into a complete waste of time and energy. Tried to stuff products and hidden fees into the final sale price after agreeing to purchase a vehicle. Also pushed incredibly unrea time and energy. Tried to stuff products and hidden fees into the final sale price after agreeing to purchase a vehicle. Also pushed incredibly unreasonable finance rates (until they were backed into a corner). Last straw was they pulled back at the very last moment on covering the shipping fee, which was a pre-negotiated commitment as a part of the deal. They lost a sale for ~$600. I believe I avoided a catastrophe from literally one of the slimiest car sales experiences I have had in the past 30 years. I hope Adel sees this, as the sales and finance folks kept "talking to the owner" during this entire sales process -- Adel and team are accountable for literally the most ridiculous experience I've ever encountered. If you're looking to be bamboozled with hidden fees, finance games, and old-school sales slime, this is your place! More
