He did not laugh :) I received a response within a half hour! Not only did they listen to me and what my needs were this was the best car buying experience ever!! So... I thought I could only afford a base model and wanted a loaded model for a base price, lol don't we all!! They did it!!! No pressure bottom price up front and everyone was so Helpful. The business Mgr Dave was efficient and professional I really would recommend Gerrish to anyone seriously!! Buying a car was something I absolutely dreaded and prolonged the agony but now wish I had called sooner, it was so easy and actually a great experience!!! Just bought Honda #6 from Gerrish I have bought 6 Hondas - one used Accord and 5 new Civics from Gerrish. We had a beyond fantastic experience with Gerrish Honda. We were in New Hampshire traveling from Kentucky and the engine light in our Odyssey came on. They were very understanding of our situation and worked us right in, diagnosed the problem (a big one), overnighted the part, and fixed us right up. I'd been looking for an end-of-year deal on a new 2003 H Unlike previous reviewer I had a very good experience at Gerrish Honda, albeit 6 years ago. I'd been looking for an end-of-year deal on a new 2003 Honda Civic and Steve was very conscientious at tracking one down and getting it swapped for one of their cars -- actually much more committed to the search than my local dealer, who essentially said tough, we're out of stock.... The sales process was very smooth, and though they did the standard pitch for extended warranty and some add-ons it was not high pressure, and we got through the paperwork fairly quickly. Gerrish had the car ready to go when I came to pick it up. Steve followed up after the sale. They offer a few little perks like free car wash, and express oil changes, etc. Pricing at the time was fairly agressive, among the 1 or 2 lowest quotes I got after calls to many NE dealers, and negotiation was frank, honest and straightforward. In my experience this is one of the better Honda dealers in northern New England... at least in 2004! I was pleased with my buying experience. More

My initial and primary contact was with Steve, who was terrible with regard to follow up and worse with his customer interaction. He kept telling us all these crazy stories to explain why they couldn't pa terrible with regard to follow up and worse with his customer interaction. Also, he kept delaying getting back to us and told us on two separate occasions we should wait to buy a car. I kept thinking- buddy- this is the worst economy in 70 years- don't you want to sell a car? When we started to look at other dealerships, we spoke to Bob (Sales Manager) a few times to give them an opportunity to put something together but the numbers never added up. This dealership is obviously very focused on the service side of the business and do not move many cars, AT ALL. They have VERY few used cars on the lot and their new inventory is a fraction of what's available at other Honda dealers. We ended up buying a Honda elsewhere for $1,200 less for the new car and we received $3,050 MORE for our trade (!!!) More
