Had an appointment for them to pick up my Navigator for service and drop off a loaner. Took a half day at work for this. They never showed up for the appointment. No call, no text, no communication at all. service and drop off a loaner. Took a half day at work for this. They never showed up for the appointment. No call, no text, no communication at all. Tried calling the advisor (Gio) and he did not answer all day. I eventually got another advisor to answer and he said Gio would call me back later that afternoon. 3 days later, still no call. Absolutely unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional service. DO NOT service your vehicle here. More
