Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Before I go in I mark my tires to make sure they were rotated because I do pay for that service. When finished, my tires were not rotated because the markings on the tires were in the same spots. Person at the counter went back to ask the mechanic if the tires were rotated and he said yes. The counter guy had agreed with him. I went to tell Howard, sales person. He told them to rotate the tires. Guy at counter insisted the tires were rotated. I explained they were not, the markings were in the same spots. They watched the video, the mechanic never rotated my tires. He lied. He said he couldn’t get the tires off. Cat went back in. I waited I believe it was another hour for my tires to be rotated. The counter guy apologized but for me it was too late. This is the third time this has happened to me. The time before I brought my car in, when I got home my I-phone chargers were missing. I like the people I deal with there except for the service department. More

I brought my car in for service yesterday paid for a fixed service they said was fixed it was a rushed job to quick to call it a fix we got home 15 minutes afterward taking payment and guess what proble fixed service they said was fixed it was a rushed job to quick to call it a fix we got home 15 minutes afterward taking payment and guess what problem still exists they should have taken the time to find the problem instead of rushing it so we won't have to return this is the 2nd time I've had this problem with the service department and back and forth instead of them taking more time then trying the quick fix I left message for a return call and I haven't gotten that call yet very disappointed with the service I haven't received our car didn't make it 15 minutes for the problem occured again More
