I was given great service. The young woman who took care of my service work took great care of me. Best part of my service experiences are usually my dealing with the people up front, especially Fred Schmi of my service work took great care of me. There were a couple different noises in the car that concerned me. The Service Manager came to take a ride with me in the car to see if he could determine what the noise was. I told him I thought that was automatically done whenever I came in for my regular maintenance (oil change, etc.). He told me it wasn't automatically done. I had to request it. The Service Department fixed the issue by rotating and aligning the tires. More

Re: 30,000 checkup, I can't determine that either, perhaps for months and then only if problems appear, such as a few years ago when my old LS was totally out of window washer fluid after multi part inspection that is supposedly part of your lube jobs. Price rated good rather than great because price always seems too high as it does for any seivice, especially good service, but being a great depression kid makes the whole world seem insanely expensive these days.
