Uptown Ford Lincoln - Service Center

Work was completed as agreed. Most of the cost was covered by the maintenance insurance except the $75 shipping fee for the transmission. I don't understand why this wasn't covered because all part covered by the maintenance insurance except the $75 shipping fee for the transmission. Nothing but good thins to say. From the moment I walked in the Body Shop door to the minute I picked up my again beautiful truck at the front door I was nothing but amazed. A rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car. It took me a while to get used to driving a "regular" car as opposed to my Escape. Quite a difference. Both Scott and Bruce were very friendly. They kept me advised throughout the entire process from insurance stuff to pick up. Great job! Also please extend my kudos to the technicians in the actual Body Shop. They listen, ask questions and make sure they understand what you are saying and then give you an estimate of cost and time when completed--can't ask for more than that--best of all they are ALWAYS right on in both areas. The tenure of the staff at Uptown speaks volumes for the dedication that management shows to them and it is reflected in the way they recognize and treat the customer.
