I called to verify and the sales rep (Denise H) confirmed it was available and had me apply for financing. As soon as I was approved, about 15-20 minutes later, she said it had just sold and would I be interested in some other, higher priced trucks. A week later the same stock number truck is still advertised on the website. They haven’t had time to update it! I would never buy from them. It frustrates me my credit got a hit against it for nothing. More

They Vaden nissan savannah really helped me get my new car. It took like a week to find someone who would help finance my car but they kept searching. They even called me after hours once they found a bank that would and I was in my car the next day! If there's something on the lot you really want they will do everything to get you in it. The salesman will even take you on as many test drives as you want or need to make your decision, and that really helped with mine. Ask for DJ. More
First Time Buyer I definitely feel taken advantage of. I asked for a car under $15,000. My car is $20,000. I was told that I had a warranty up to 150,000 miles so that I definitely feel taken advantage of. I asked for a car under $15,000. My car is $20,000. I was told that I had a warranty up to 150,000 miles so that if I had any problems with the engine I could bring it in to be fixed and I wouldn't have to pay. Now I get here not even a week after buying the car I am having engine problems and they told me I have to pay for a rental car and I have to pay a $200 deductible to get my car looked at ! DO NOT SHOP HERE ! More
Customers don't count Have my brand new Armada in for the 3rd time to get the same issue fixed. Which was to have The scratched and dings fixed as promised when we purchase Have my brand new Armada in for the 3rd time to get the same issue fixed. Which was to have The scratched and dings fixed as promised when we purchased the vehicle a little over a month ago. 1st time Michelle in service claimed she didn't know why I was there finally get them all on the same page and when completed I went out to check the quality and all the same scratches and dents were still there I told her it was the same and she said she knew and looked at me like I had a third eye when I questioned why she didn't communicate that to me. Then Mark the general manager said he would take care of this and scheduled for body work off site. I was told it would be detailed and sparkling when it was done. A week later I'm called and told it's 100% ready to rock and roll. I went immediately to the worse spot which had all paint missing down to metal and asked why the work wasn't done. It was also not detailed not even washed or vacuumed I thought the purpose of this visit to the body shop was to fix these issues. So now it's off to another body shop and this time the sales manager Michael Geiter was so rude to me. I cannot believe y'all treat customers this way. I just want you to do what you have promised and give me my vehicle back so I can be done with the lot of you. Update, spoke with general manager Mark about how Mr Gaiter treated me, he essentially told me that if I'm criticizing the Mr Gaiters company and their customer services then I'm making him get defensive and it's understandable why he treated me badly. He said just because I'm the customer doesn't give me the right to be upset. Well, I've learned now what the Vaden way is and no thank you. Apparently it's not important that they have lost at least 3 customers over this but since my friends and I will tell more people of this I believe the number is. Little higher. But I guess there is always another customer so it doesn't matter where these few go. We were repeat customers not anymore. Tim Ferguson our sales person was wonderful and if he leaves Vaden we would follow him. But since customers don't matter to Vaden we will go anywhere but here. More
Very poor service department This dealership had replaced the engine in my wifes Maxima at dealer cost. Not even close to a year later my wife & daughter was stranded at the store because the car wouldn't start. Car was sent to dealer and first thing that was said that my wife had to pay $100 for diagnostic. Previous issue with this car prior to engine replacement was the car would shut off or wouldn't start. Basically this dealer does not backup the parts & service. First they thought it was the key fob. It took this service department 3 days to figure out that the issue was a bad starter in which she was being charged almost $800. On an engine this dealer replaced. Keep in mind, my wife was being charged $35 a day for a car rental from this dealership. Sounds to me this dealer dragged their feet to drive up the cost. Or is it that your technicians aren't that good? Please, don't cross me on the maintenence side of the house because I am a technician myself. If it really took me 3 days to figure out a no start issue on a vehicle, I would be working for free. I will be pursuing this issue with Nissan corporate office & the Better Business Bureau. This dealer should be out of business. It is very obvious with the overall rating of this dealership. Your service department is horrible and I am not the only customer that has this opinion. "0" stars are being given because the dealership's priority is just to make money not resolve issues. More
