Get truck fixed I have no complaints on anything at Vaden. I purchased my 2016 Silverado from Mr. Wayne Smith who was excellent . Took it back for sevice and was very I have no complaints on anything at Vaden. I purchased my 2016 Silverado from Mr. Wayne Smith who was excellent . That inevitably brought me back to buy another LaCrosse, now rated the #2 most reliable car in the world, and I can see why. This time I bought from Greg, who bent over backwards to find a car with all the features and color I wanted, and it wasn't easy! Vaden is a great combination of ethical customer-first orientation, technical knowledge, extra effort, and having fine products - I couldn't recommend them mote highly, More
Good Service and Great People Have nothing but good things to say about Vaden, but the delay in getting parts from GM (on a new Buick SUV made in China) left something to be desire Have nothing but good things to say about Vaden, but the delay in getting parts from GM (on a new Buick SUV made in China) left something to be desired. That was not the fault of the dealer, however. (The Service Dept. did have two tech's out with the flu, also, but that could not be helped.) We have a new Envision which required software updates and new fuel lines attached to the tank. The parts took nearly five days from the date of order to be received. That was GM's fault. But it meant the repair took 9-10 days. That's a bit long. GM should get its parts distributed to more convenient locations, or get a better delivery system in place to its dealerships. But we do not fault Vaden. More
Superb Service I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and the FANTASTIC service I received from Anne Hurly. I went in because my car displaye I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership and the FANTASTIC service I received from Anne Hurly. I went in because my car displayed a message that it was running hot. I took the car in for service, Anne told me that I probably wouldn't get it back that day because they needed to find what was causing my car to leak. Anne already had a car reserved for me from Enterprise. Got my car back and I've been riding good since! Thanks ANNE!!!!! More
Sub standard service at this Dealership I purchased my Silverado from Marchant Chevrolet who is excellent but Vaden of Beaufort just does not get it when it comes to servicing vehicles. I h I purchased my Silverado from Marchant Chevrolet who is excellent but Vaden of Beaufort just does not get it when it comes to servicing vehicles. I have read the comments and most are favorable but they evidently never got their vehicles serviced there. My Wife went there for an oil change and was charged $77.10 and all of 2016 Chevrolet was advertising the $39.95 oil change. That is for 5 quarts of oil. Silverados take 8.3 quarts and Marchant and Richenbach charge $54.00 for the same grade oil. Serice Tech refused to rotate tires, said I needed new ones, still about 8K left on them. He refused to fix a tire which was leaking air. And it isn't only this one incident, there has been many. I have phoned and emailed the GM directly with no return call. I have left messages for the service Tech who provided false information about the other Dealerships and no return call. I will never do business with this Dealership again and they wonder why so many people purchase vehicles outside of Beaufort. More
