In and out My rating is based on the service I received. On the way to the airport I hit an object in the road. My tire had a huge hole in it. After road side services arrived and put the temporary tire on; I called Vaden of Beaufort. Their first concern was if I was ok and did they need to send help. After letting them my status, they told me to come on in and they would take care of everything. I was told up front how they set appointment but due to the emergency would work my car in as soon as possible. 1 - They made sure I was ok. 2 - They explained their process and what I could expect. They took care of their commentments to current customers and me. 3- I never felt like I was putting them out; I was treated like a VIP. 4. They care about the customer and it shows; they keep you up to date on what is taking place with your car. Annie has excellent people skills. All the people of Vaden make sure you leave with 100 percent satisfaction. More

Typical dealer crooks Had my truck in there 3 times back to back now so far for the same issue. They kept my truck for 10 days the first time. 2nd time was told i could h Had my truck in there 3 times back to back now so far for the same issue. They kept my truck for 10 days the first time. 2nd time was told i could have a loaner to find out they told me they did not have one when I arrived. The second time I picked it up they told me if it acted up again they would have to replace the fuel rail because it was rusting...The fuel rail is not even metal! Just wanted to keep taking my money to swap parts out to cover there incapacitate mechanics. Picking the truck up for the third time this afternoon and they claim it is a coil and want to charge more money. I can buy the part for $50 at the parts store and replace in 20 minutes...and they wanted $375 to change the part or charge me $120 for diagnostics (nothing)...feel like the already had two times so far to diagnose. I hope to never have to go back. More

Vaden took very good care of my vehicle I took my vehicle in a for a oil change and they updated all the recalls and service bulletins for my vehicle.
