Felecia the sales rep was great. She was very diligent. We liked the car, Buick LeCross, and mentioned to her that we wanted to buy. She went to speak with her manager and came back and said they already sold it. However , We took the car for a test drive and they had my name on a card on the cars visor that it was to held for our visit. We thought we were mis treated by her manager who I think was Mr Viola. We were lied to. I called and left messages and we never got a return call. no explanation. Anyways we would never do business with this dealership again. Felecia was very good and she deserves praise. More
