Dealership was more than willing to help me over the phone during our initial shopping, whereas most dealerships refuse to do this. They gave me price quotes, information, etc., and never tried to drag me in. Once we did make it up there in person, everyone took time to speak with us and help us out, including the general manager, sales manager, and finance manager. Each was more friendly than the next. They gave us top dollar for our trade, and were more than happy to locate the exact vehicle we wanted (they didn't have our color combo in stock - but they got it in literally 2 days). The actual delivery of the vehicle was top notch - the car was completely detailed, waxed, and spotless - gas tank was full - they took the time to show my wife how to work everything in the truck, even going past their closing time, without complaints or pushing us out the door. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future, and we love our 2012 GMC Acadia Denali! Will continue to recommend Rich and the others at Vail to friends and family. More
