I went to Craig on Monday to ask about service on my 2016 SRX and he said, "we can do it today!" I left the dealership in a gorgeous XT5 loaner and was back in a few days to pick up my own car. My car had needed the roof rails replaced and had some scratches that needed repainting. The car looks perfect and I am very happy with it. Craig was the best service person ever! Thank you Val Ward! A/C Repair Our service person Melody was very helpful and efficient as usual. Parts had to be ordered and she kept us up to date on the status of the repair. We were given a rental and at home we had other vehicles so a week long repair was not a problem. We are located in Punta Gorda so it would be a lot less heavy traffic driving if you had another dealership closer....consider Punta Gorda.
