He took us outside to show us the new car and invited us to take that car for a test ride. His expertise on all the features and additions the new car had was left us with only a few questions We came back and sat down with Samuel and within just a few minutes we were so relaxed we found ourselves looking at a picture on his desk of his family. He made us feel at home by telling us all about his family. That was the moment, you know the moment when we just knew we wanted to buy our new car from Samuel. From sales to finance where we were introduce to Lisa. She explained all the additional packages that we could buy, "but here comes a first" no pressure at all. I guess you can tell by now that your dealership has our automobile needs and wants for a life time. My only regret is that we didn't buy our last Cadillac from you dealership. More
