We hate to hear that you had a negative experience with our Service Department. Unfortunately, without your name or more specific information, we are unable to investigate your case any further. Given that our pricing is very competitive both locally and regionally (even before considering our large array of coupons and discounts), we would be interested in knowing if you are comparing apples to apples when you refer to "service fees." We are also interested in knowing what information you were expecting/needing at the time of setting your appointment so that we can better serve you and our customers in the future.
