Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional experience. Don’t buy a car here and don’t buy a car from the sales person called Mazen. I have been actively searching for this exact BMW model for weeks and Don’t buy a car here and don’t buy a car from the sales person called Mazen. I have been actively searching for this exact BMW model for weeks and finally found it listed at Valencia BMW. I am located in Miami and was ready to purchase the vehicle from California. I did not negotiate the price, I agreed to their terms, and I was fully prepared to move forward. The dealership ran my credit, collected my ID, and had me complete all required steps as a buyer. I was told by the sales manager that the only delay was that they were waiting 7–10 days for the title to be processed, and I was asked to wait while that was completed before the vehicle could be delivered. During this entire time, I was under the impression the car was secured for me. I have been renting a car daily at my own expense, specifically waiting for this deal to close. After days of waiting, I followed up with the sales guy every other day even kind of annoying him to see if he can rush the title process only to be told by the salesperson that the manager sold the car to someone else yesterday. This is beyond frustrating — it is unethical. You do not: Run a customer’s credit Collect personal identification Delay the sale due to YOUR internal title issue Then turn around and sell the vehicle out from under the buyer All while the customer is waiting in good faith and incurring costs. This dealership wasted my time, impacted my credit, cost me money, and showed zero accountability. If this is how Valencia BMW treats serious buyers who are ready to pay, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Very disappointed and extremely upset with how this was handled. More
