I had a flat tire. I setup a time with the dealership to have the tire switched out based on my warranty agreement. Although the service team said they couldn’t locat I setup a time with the dealership to have the tire switched out based on my warranty agreement. Although the service team said they couldn’t locate the appointment time in their system, they expedited my request. The tire was replaced and I collected the car the next day. Also, a video was provided to me showing the repairs that has been made (replacement of tire). Satisfied with the service. More
