The DMV confirmed Valencia BMW is in possession of my registration documents and plates, yet I’ve been driving on expired temporary t after the sale. When I call, I get transferred around—sometimes even to people who don’t work there anymore—and no one follows up or takes responsibility. For such a large dealership, this level of service is unacceptable. Buying the car was easy, but once they had my money, getting basic paperwork completed became nearly impossible. If you value responsiveness and accountability, look elsewhere. More
