I didn't have the best experience here. I had a very easy sale ready for any salesman and was assigned a salesman whom I feel didn't take any extra steps to make a customer satisfied includ I had a very easy sale ready for any salesman and was assigned a salesman whom I feel didn't take any extra steps to make a customer satisfied including after sale outreach. I came to dealership for a scheduled appointment and within 20 minutes I agreed to the sale of that car. I was at the dealership for 6+ hours waiting for finance to complete purchase just to be told the bank is now closed and I'll need to handle within 5 days because they let me take the car home anways. Dealing with my salesman and finance was also a terrible experience. Multiple calls, outreach, emails unanswered with a simple "go figure it out" yourself attitude. I expected way more for such a fast/easy sale but as soon as I left that dealership the first time, I was not a priority anymore. I do not recommend this dealership. More
