After a rough experience buying a car here three years ago, I decided to give them another chance. The dealership does have a great selection of cars — that’s really the only thing it has going for it. On my first visit back, the salesman knew almost nothing about the inventory. I ended up explaining the cars’ own features to him. As a first-time buyer, I didn’t know much about cars going in, but I still knew more than he did. They sold me a car with missing and used parts, which surfaced within two months. When I brought it up, they ignored me and tried to blame it on me instead. Hoping things had changed, I went back a second time. I waited 30 minutes on the lot without a single person helping me, while at least five salespeople just watched. I finally had to ask if that was normal there. That was enough to convince me not to make the same mistake twice — I wasn’t about to hand over $160,000 for a car while being treated like that. I’ll be taking my business to a better dealership. It’s a shame to see this brand get dragged down by people who clearly don’t care about the customer experience. More
