My service advisor, Taylor Hawking, went above and beyond to get warranty work done. Taylor had accommodated me with a loaner and constantly followed up with the status of the warranty and finally delivered to get warranty work done. I arrived on time for my appointment but learned the service rep assigned to me didn’t start work for another hour!?! Instead of making me wait, another service rep started me out and the work got start service rep assigned to me didn’t start work for another hour!?! Instead of making me wait, another service rep started me out and the work got started. When it was learned the service/repairs would take several hours, I was offered a shuttle home and back. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. It wasn’t cheap but I trust the work was completed well. I’ve always had a good end result with this dealer and I recommend them to anyone. More
