About a month ago, I signed up for a test drive of a pre-owned car we were considering for our daughter’s 18th birthday. The next day we arrived, and Dave came out to meet us right away. He apologized that Wendy was still busy (we had arrived before our scheduled time) and offered to take us for a test drive with him. We took the test drive, loved everything, and went to finalize the purchase. By that time, Wendy had just become available and helped us with all the information about the car and filling out the loan application. Then loan specialist Zaed secured excellent terms for us, and we bought the car, which our daughter absolutely loved and enjoys every day! Thank you so much again! Everything was fantastic, and we have plenty to compare it to. Just a month and a half earlier, we had tried to buy a car right nearby—literally half a mile away—at Autonation Honda, but there we encountered complete unprofessionalism and terrible customer service. But that’s another story. Once again, a huge thank you to BMW Valencia!!! More
