He was able to go through all the ordering details, answered all my questions and even made recommendations. I did not feel any type of pressure in dealing with him. The dealer communicated to me step by step progress from manufacturing through delivery. Once I got delivery, I got picked up by one of the EVs (which was quite cool). The purchase/finance process was flawless. My CA gave me options, in addition to BMWFS, on which bank would give me the best offer being ex-military. He pretty much went above and beyond the highest rebate available for me. Once it was time to finalize docs with their Finance Department, everything else was a breeze. They did offer me a few service plans, but was not pressured to purchase. I highly recommend BMW Valencia. More
I was told by the salesman that I would get a $1500 Rebate from BMW Finance. He neglected to tell me that it was already worked into the price. This is deceiving. When you see a contract that is different than what you were quoted, it gives you a bad feeling. . More
I had a puncture but due to my work schedule I had wait till the following Monday to get my car serviced. When I got in, they were happy to see me and got my paperwork started to resolve my issue. I had to contact the other dealership to get a copy of my Road Hazard Plus, but once Valencia BMW had the copy, they were off and running. I took their shuttle home, which had a very nice man at the wheel. I was out with some friends for an early dinner when I got the call that my car was ready for pickup! She was washed and vacuumed and with the new tires, looked great! I have nothing but praise for everyone at Valencia BMW! They were courteous, valued me and my time and on top of that, they did a great job! More
Very disappointed in them. We brought our car in with an appointment and had to wait as they were running late. Not a big deal but a sign of what was to come. The advisor said he would have word for us by midafternoon. I figured that would be around 3 PM. At 330 I called and tried to reach him, got a voice mail. Voicemail at 4. Voicemail at 430. Voicemail at 5. At that point I asked for the service manager who apologized profusely and said he would call me in about 5 minutes with an update. I never heard back from him again despite several attempts to reach him. We finally got a call at 645 PM. So much for "midafternoon". The excuse was that every time he was going to call us someone came up to his desk. Well, how about let them wait for a minute instead of making me wait for hours? And by that time of day there was no way to actually get any work done as they closed at 7 PM. We picked the car up the next day and will have the work done elsewhere. Oh, we did have one item fixed, a taillight for safety, and it came in at twice the quoted price. I don't care how busy they were - if the service manager promises to call in 5 minutes he should keep that promise, not drop off the face of the Earth. More
I drive all the way from Tehachapi just to have my BMW serviced at this dealer. This was the 1st time i was not too satisfied with the experience. My on line appt i requested a loaner car. I had to pay to get a car from Enterprise for the day. After 5 hours the tech. was not able to find the issue with my car. More
