I did not purchase my X3 from this dealer but I bring my car here for service and I have to say that I am happy that I do. I believe the mechanical service I was delivered for my car is good. However, not being a mechanic myself, it’s difficult to tell. The only way I’ll know is if the car runs smoothly before my next oil chan car is good. However, not being a mechanic myself, it’s difficult to tell. However overall, the general environment of the dealership is quite haughty. Almost as if I wasn’t “good enough” to be there. In addition, the prices of labor and parts are astronomically high for no apparent reason other than that it’s BMW. The service agent who assisted me even said that he would have to try and convince a service technician to work on my car because it was a 2015 model and the mechanical issue was a difficult one. on the afternoon of New Year's Eve, I had a tire warning on the freeway. The tires are runflat, so I could drive to the dealer. It was 1:15 and service was closing at 2.
