I needed some unexpected emergency repair work and Valencia BMW came to the rescue. Jesse Colon, my service advisor, is my hero. It’s ridiculous looking for a car during this time. Most dealership has markup value but Valencia BMW sold their cars at MSRP. Walter was the sales person I worked with.
