I thought the service was good and this dealership I thought was very good and my customer service was very good and this service man that sold me the vehicle I liked a lot and the financing was decent thought was very good and my customer service was very good and this service man that sold me the vehicle I liked a lot and the financing was decent but I have a problem when I bought the car on January 12th on January 15th the battery died dead and I had to buy a new one at 251.00 when I called the service to tell him about it they said they'd get back to me and they haven't not gotten back to me yet,so can you please get a hold of the manager or somebody to resolve this problem I sent them the receipt to my service man that help me buy the car his name is Buck I really like the service there but this problem I'm grieving over because he told me everything worked fine come to find out the batteries totally dead,I bought the car for my daughter and they knew it and I thought they check on everything before the car has been taken out and I thought that was a lie which really hurt me cuz I do like the service that I did get so can you resolve this problem for me I hate to take into a deeper matter if I have to I will but I know you guys will solve this problem so please have somebody call me or let me know what's going on sent the receipt thank you very much for your time More
