Hamid Osati was the most helpful, efficient, and productive salesman I have ever met. He went so out of the typical and ordinary and I could not appreciate it more. Mike went well beyond our expectations -- first, my wife was completely undecided on what brand she wanted and once she chose BMW's X5 ... well, she just had a lot of requests that seemed impossible to fulf was completely undecided on what brand she wanted and once she chose BMW's X5 ... well, she just had a lot of requests that seemed impossible to fulfill. Then Mike found a match to find out my wife wanted another color ... well, Mike found it, with more features, a top-of-the-line X5 ... at the same price as the first X5 he found. So not only he found the right car but gave us an amazing deal. Next time we need a new vehicle, we are definitively going back with Mike. More
