Ritchie was referred to us by other family/friends, and honestly I said to myself "can that guy be that great", and the answer was..yes! From the initial conversation where I expressed my limited time due honestly I said to myself "can that guy be that great", and the answer was..yes! We did the application of course, and before I knew it, we were selecting colors, etc. The process was so well streamlined, it was amazing. This is our first BMW, we've been a Mercedes family for many years, however as I told Ritchie, we are now life long clients as we love the BMW, and to make it sweeter was the great customer service. Ritchie not only sold us a beautiful car, but also an experience that my 11 year old son was part of, as my son even stated, "Ritchie is a Great Salesperson, kinda cool".
