Paul Bernadoni is the worst salesman I have ever dealt with! This was my 50th vehicle. Paul screwed up my interest rate and when I told the finance guy my rate was wrong Paul told me this is not a negoti with! This was my 50th vehicle. Question everything at this dealership they will try to rob you blind! The finance guy also told me he just went over the paperwork he didn't actually do the loans however when he had to fix ( their screw up) he reworked the entire deal right in front of me so for someone who doesnt do the actual loans he sure knew how to do the loan over! The only reason I took this truck was because I didn't want to wait another 3 months. Paul also lied about the time frame on when the truck would be delivered! More

The BDC lady tried to con me by suggesting they only sell locally, but there is no law to support this. She also suggested the vehicles were in stock, when in fact they were inbound and already had deposits locally, but there is no law to support this. I would avoid the BDC (Business development center), that you’re often forced to initiate contact wt and go directly to a salesperson. This woman in BDC was a liar, and a waste of my time. More
