The purchasing experience was excellent. My salesman was great. I do have 1 negative comment against Toyota. They state they offer a $500 veteran discount however it only applies if you finance through Toyota Financial. This is not a salute to veterans. Toyota needs to be more upfront with this offer or they should just remove it. It’s a disgrace they list it if you have to use Toyota’s financing. My last 2 cars I purchased a 2025 Jeep and 2025 Mazda they offered a veteran $500 discount with no strings attached which means I had gotten my financing.and received the discount..

We just purchased our second truck from Bristol Toyota because of Alex Shtutin. We bought our 1st truck 7 yrs. ago from Alex. We liked his low key way of sales. He made us comfortable. He was and is very knowledgeable and professional. In August, Alex called to wish my husband a happy birthday. So nice. That is when we decided to go see Alex and buy a new truck. Alex goes that little extra! We also enjoyed meeting a new employee. I do not remember her name, but she guided us through the warranties. She has been with Bristol for a month. Another great employee with knowledge, class and a sense of humor. Thank you to all at Bristol Toyota. We always recommend this dealership to our friends and family. Again.... Alex is the man!!!!!

I purchased a 2019 Tacoma SR5 from Nucar with a $13,000 down payment. A year and a month later my truck wouldn’t start. Turns out I was sold a truck with an improperly sealed windshield which corroded my wiring harnesses making my 1 year truck a complete total. When I contacted Robert Rockwell about this he said “15,000 to 20,000 miles after purchase is normal for a vehicle to be totaled” and “ we would never check for factory windshields we just kick the tires and look at the car roughly as a pre certified check” from the sale manager Fayir. After losing $10,000 of my money I asked we could work together to make up for their mistake because I was out $10,000. They started by trying to sell me a 2024 rav4 with 120,000 miles for $30,000?!? Then they tried selling me a 2019 rav4 WITH NO PAPERWORK. Plus they DO NOT PROVIDE A LOANER CAR. After a colossal mess up they want you to RENT A CAR from them and they don’t provide anything close to help your situation. I had to go in every other day for 2 months making a scene to get any attention because they straight up blocked my number. After fighting and threatening to sue I got a 2023 rav4 but still they robbed $5,000 from me, if I wanted a Tacoma again I would’ve been paying more for the exact same vehicle and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. If you need a vehicle that’s going to last more than a year and can’t afford to lose $13,000 on a investment that’s supposed to last 300,000 miles in this market go somewhere far from here. Also outside of my situation I was overhearing the other salesmen’s putting people in $800 a month car loans for your basic purchase. I’ll never step foot in this facility again which I’m sure they are thrilled with

False statements related to needed repairs After your failure to resolve my problem with the replaced oxygen sensor- (each time I returned and the check engine light remained on I was told to drive an additional 100 miles! After 400+ miles your people decided to look at the car again. Now they presented me a $4904.29 solution that was supposed to solve the problem.) I had paid $150 for a complete diagnostic scan initially. The car is only worth about $7500 according to the Kelly Blue Book. I would have paid a total of $6020.93. I took the car to a 3rd generation auto mechanics shop and they found the problem- the computer needed replacing. Not a distorted heater box. With the OEM part, the car was repaired for a total of $1323.00. The check engine light is off and there are no problems with the car. Had I paid the $ 4904.29 for the work you stated was the problem, it would still Not have been repaired. I assume I would have been told the computer replacement solution was necessary next and Another large bill from you. You would never have tried this on any one that was not a senior in my opinion. Family medical problems have consumed my time, but I am now ready to speak out about this.

Worst experience ever. Bob Magnano is a pompous idiot and liar. Bob is such a tool that without even asking for a minute to converse with someone in front of him he starts a conversation while on the phone with me. He also insists on accompanying you on test drives. Just so you know Bob, people like to take vehicles out without you breathing down their necks. The truck I bought from them was an overpriced 2019 Tundra Crew Max. I offered my newer Tacoma as a trade. Bob would not budge a nickel on the Tundra citing they were making hundreds not thousands on the sale. The truck had recently been fitted with a flimsy aftermarket bed liner with no bed rails. I later learned the reason for the bed liner was to conceal that the bed was rotted out in one area. Because Bob insisted on accompanying me on the test drive I really didn’t go through the truck like I would have had I been trusted to take it out solo. At 62 years old I didn’t need a chaperone. The fact that the 2019 tundra does not come with a head unit that offers CarPlay would have made me think long and hard about buying it. That it had Laufen tires on it was also comical. I had to replace the “new” tires within 6 months. The amount they gave me for my Tacoma ended up being $7000 less than they sold it for and given that he refused to offer me an additional $1000 for my trade was ridiculous. When you pay $42,000 with tax and fees for a vehicle offered at a legitimate manufacturers dealership you would hope that they would treat you right. After several months I experienced my first flat tire at which time I discovered that there was no jack under the rear seat. I emailed the dealership letting them know and very politely asked if they could get me one. I did not demand it be provided free of charge but hoped they would do the right thing. I never received a response. Something as insignificant as an inquiry regarding a jack should have been answered immediately. If a dealership can’t be bothered with something minor how can you feel comfortable that they will have your back if a serious issue should arise. The Kilmas auto group, in no way shape or form, cares about its customers after the sale. I have an 823 credit score and the vehicle I bought was a gold level certified preowned vehicle. The promotion on the Toyota Certified Preowned website ( were I learned about the truck) was for an interest rate of 5% the same rate offered when purchasing a new Toyota. The finance officer Frank Buffano came back with a nearly 8% apr offer. Totally disregarding the corporate websites offer of 5%. I really liked the truck and took their loan which I then paid in full a week later. The sad thing is I actually came in to buy 2 vehicles. I also wanted to upgrade my wife’s 2012 Highlander Limited. After the experience dealing with Bob and Frank I decided against giving them any additional business. I really don’t think they care that they lost not only a sale, but a customer in general. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Too many service issues to recommend them. Caitlin is a friendly service advisor, but that's about the extent of it. I brought one vehicle here to fix a one inch lean on the vehicle, which they couldn't fix so they 'reset it', and it started again two days later. Brought another vehicle here that smoked on every start up and had a few other issues that were repeatable every single time, got the "unable to replicate it" line when they finally looked at it *more than 48 hours after my scheduled appointment time*, and as I paid my diagnostic fee and started my truck up to leave, wouldn't you know- it did all the things right in their parking lot. They either can't/don't want to fix my vehicles, so I will find another place to service my cars.

The next day could not get a hold of either, later in the day got a call back from the Sales rep that they sold it someone else. Don't trust these guys.
