Went to have my car appraised for selling my used car. They offered $2000 below blue book, even though the sale deal advertised up to 125% of market value. I'm not saying they shouldn't make a buck, but $ They offered $2000 below blue book, even though the sale deal advertised up to 125% of market value. I'm not saying they shouldn't make a buck, but $2000 below blue book is a bit harsh considering I bought the car new from them and had it serviced by them. Not to mention similar cars are selling for $1000-2000 ABOVE blue book! Their unwillingness to work with the customer and an attempt to take advantage was disappointing. More

I bought a Certified Toyota Corolla from this dealer, the dealer mentioned that everything is in great condition, I trusted the dealer and bought the Car without any inspections. After a month I took the Car dealer mentioned that everything is in great condition, I trusted the dealer and bought the Car without any inspections. After a month I took the Car to a local garage for scheduled service and was told that all the 4 tyres of the Car are weared out and should be changed immediately. I contacted the dealer about the issue, but there was absolutely no response from the dealer and he was ignoring me. I then decided to get the tyres changed on my own. The cost was around $800. I have learnt my lessons and will never buy from this dealer anymore. More

Wonderful dealership to work with...no pressure and great information. Steve worked with me as I tried to decide on new/used, Camry/Prius.
