I recently made an ID4 purchase. I really enjoyed working with my salesperson- Azadoria, Dan - the sales manager, and the finance manager at Valenti VW in Mystic. There was one slight thing that came up toward the end of the sale, but the team took care of things, and worked together to make it right. Great attention to me as a customer. Brought my Jetta in for a specific problem and service. After $2300 plus worth of work and being told it was all set, I picked up the car and it was literally worse then when brought it there. Drove it right back to them couldn't get any one to even come out and look at it. They called me the next day and wanted to do $2900 more worth of repairs. Never even got to speak with the service manager or technician about the car. Never again! More

Frank is a grade A salesman- you really cant find a better salesman in this business, I've purchased over 20 Volkswagens and hes truly a caring guy who actually enjoys what he does and is very accommodating to his customers. Also, the finance guy Kevin was also grade A. Stayed late to get the deal done, very patiently.
