Took my Ford edge to the dealer for a very specific software update. I even gave them the information specific to the update. They required a $190 diagnostic fee, $190 for the software update and they software update. I even gave them the information specific to the update. They required a $190 diagnostic fee, $190 for the software update and they also charged $55 in Shop supplies, and another $35 “” technology fee. Essentially a $150 software update cost me worth $500 with all their xx fees. Then they got angry with me when I pointed out all the fees. Won’t be going back to this ridiculous dealer. More
