The worst Dealership I have taken my 2009 tundra for oil changes..well long story short they were taking my money and not doing the oil changes...I decided to do my own an I have taken my 2009 tundra for oil changes..well long story short they were taking my money and not doing the oil changes...I decided to do my own and found out I had only 2 quartz of old oil and a bad filter..the oil filter housing was seized on there and was a nightmare to get off....I am truly suprised my truck was still running....I would never go back there nor recommend this dealership....this place is a joke!! They got 1 star because I had to choose one..otherwise they wouldn't get a dam thing!!! More

I brought my vehicle in to be serviced and was quoted 54 dollars for an oil change. I asked about rotating the tires and was told it would be an additional 40 dollars but included a brake and multi point inspection. 90+ dollars for an oil change and standard service?!? The Ford dealership provides the same service (oil change, multi-point inspection + tire rotation) for approximately 45 dollars and any Goodyear or Firestone does the same thing for about 32 dollars. I happened to bring my vehicle in partly because of a promotion advertised on the radio which stated with a purchase of 59.99+ for service you would receive 2 lift tickets to Mountain High Ski Resort. I was informed that because the vehicle I brought in was not a Toyota they would not honor the promotion, even though they could perform the service I requested. Nothing stated in the written ad OR radio ad that the vehicle had to be a Toyota. It only said a service at a Toyota dealership. Furthermore, not a single employee at the dealership was able to provide me the 'terms and conditions' or 'fine print' of the offer so I could verify that my vehicle did indeed have to be a Toyota. My family has owned several Toyota's and currently owns a 2014 Tacoma and I promise you the next one will NOT be purchased at Valley-Hi Toyota. I will add that our Toyota Corolla's transmission died and needed rebuilding/replacement after only 127,000 miles even though we did all the recommended services per the owners manual at the correct time frames. I have to wonder if the poor service at this location contributed to it. Grest service I took my car in for a bad speaker on the driver side.
