Ron got it done. My Experience was great. I was moved to the front of the line by Ron when it was discovered that there was not enough drivers to shuttle me home and b My Experience was great. I was moved to the front of the line by Ron when it was discovered that there was not enough drivers to shuttle me home and back for the 3 plus hours needed for the repair. I was out of there in a little more than an hour. The atmosphere is great with 4 different TV stations on different monitors to choose from while I waited. There is complimentary doughnuts and great coffee too. I noticed a couple of MAC computers for people to use while waiting. I used my phone and the free WiFi while I waited. The time seen to go by quickly. I feel all of my issues were addressed in a timely courteous manner. More
