Bill was very calm and friendly and right away we noticed our nerves were calming down. Bill personally took us around the lot after telling him what we were looking for. He methodically pointed out the features of the car, but did so in non-boastful way. Bill frequently made sure to ask if we had any questions. When it came time to buy it was a very smooth process. Bill kept us informed of every detail and charge so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Soon thereafter we drove away in our brand new Accord EX and we couldn't be happier.
