I was in the market and getting ready to buy a car, and this dealership was the first stop on my route. The appraisal process was easy, the trade-in offer was fair, and the out-the-door price made sense. Everything felt straightforward without the usual pressure you expect at a dealership. I worked with Casey Saad, and he was great throughout the process. He listened to what I was looking for, set up a test drive, explained the car clearly, and helped me through the deal from start to finish. He even helped me move my things from my old car into the new one! This may be the first time I have had a truly positive experience with a dealership.
