Very disappointed in the service. Had to wait over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change because they didn't have an oil filter and couldn't find one. Was priced at $67 and was charged $128. $500 to pay for slow leak involving air conditioner that should have been covered under warranty. Sounds like common problem from what i see online. VW should be covering this.
