Service rep made me wait about ten minutes while he finished paperwork for a customer who wasn't present. Then took a phone call while I was still waiting. I left on time for a 10:30 appointment and finished paperwork for a customer who wasn't present. Then took a phone call while I was still waiting. I left on time for a 10:30 appointment and requested mid-afternoon pickup. I called at 3:00 and was told it would be ready at 3:30. I didn't get the car until 4:00. This is on top of having to spend almost $500 to replace a battery. More

Valley Imports sends me a video of my car and things they found and things that may need maintenance. They make sure that I have the option of what gets completed on my car as I get to approve the work being found and things that may need maintenance. I was traveling through Fargo and I needed an oil change so I went to Valley Imports. I had my dog with me so I was a bit hesitant about what I would do with him while my car was being serviced. EVERY emplo so I went to Valley Imports. I had my dog with me so I was a bit hesitant about what I would do with him while my car was being serviced. EVERY employee at the location was beyond accommodating for us. They recommended a dog park for us to walk to which was a great spot for my furry buddy to run off some energy from the long car ride. When we returned to the dealership, Michelle brought my dog a bowl of water to drink from. Not only was that amazing, but Brian also came over and gave him some well-received back scratches. As I was settling up the bill with Keith (who was amazing by the way), another employee came over and gave my dog some treats. The service of the oil change was amazing, but the way they treated us was beyond my wildest expectations. Way to go Valley Imports! Top Notch More
